Welcome to Breathe Your Way Home (a brand of Devatma LLC). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or participating in any offerings, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Breathe Your Way Home provides breathwork sessions, workshops, educational content, and wellness-related experiences (collectively, the “Services”), offered both in-person and online.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site and participants in any Services.

2. Not Medical Advice

All content and Services are for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any breathwork or wellness practice—especially if you have underlying health conditions.

3. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Services, you acknowledge:

• Breathwork may affect your nervous system, heart rate, emotions, and physical state

• You may stop or modify participation at any time

Your participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with it.

4. Waiver Requirement

Participation in all Services requires the completion of a signed Release and Waiver of Liability prior to participation. The waiver will be provided upon booking and must be completed before attending any session. If not completed in advance, it must be signed prior to participation at the event.

By engaging in any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Release and Waiver of Liability.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Waiver, the Waiver will govern.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, branding, breathwork methods, videos, and materials—is owned by Devatma LLC.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Republish or teach proprietary methods as your own

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are subject to the terms stated at checkout.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Transfers or rescheduling may be allowed at the Company’s discretion

7. Media & Content Use

By participating in Services, you may be recorded (photo, video, or audio).

You grant permission for use of this content for:

No identifying information will be shared without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Miami, Florida.
