releasing trapped emotions from the body, we can reprogram our subconscious mind to shift how we see ourselves and the world around us, thus changing our reality.

The Breathwork Experience
Breathwork taps into the central nervous system to calm the mind and come back into balance. Long, rapid breathing temporarily suppresses the activity of the prefrontal cortex, which is associated with the ego or the analytical thinking mind, and the identity of who we 'think' we are. By entering into a trance-like state, it becomes easier to surrender and release trapped emotions and trauma that we unconsciously store in our bodies and subconscious mind. These blockages not only impact our daily choices, decisions, and ultimately, the entire course of our lives, but also manifest as illness and disease over time.
